Here I left my correction of the exam.

Thanks you for your email

As you say I'm not happy with the service that I received my last visit. I know that it was really important for you when some customers fill the customer complaint because with that you can make some changes and improve your service, for that reason I'm answering your mail because honestly I don't wan't to know about your restaurant again.

The service that I receives from your waitress was really poor, she didn't come when me or my wife asked her to come, she was there gossiping with other  waitress, the food come to us really cold because she was gossiping and when we asked her something she rolled up her eyes!! and finally when we left the restaurant and she saw that we didn't leave any money she got angry.

I want to give you some suggestions. The first one is that: Train your employees in a restaurant the must important is the satisfaction of your customers, so train your employees for that. The second one is hire o supervisor, please do it, because he can control all thee details. Hope my suggestions help you to improve the service.
